Pathfinders

Sunday at 11:00 AM

Our class is designed to reach ALL people (single, married, young adults, etc.), especially new believers seeking a deeper understanding of their Christian faith through stories of the bible within the Old and New Testament, as well as life application in today's world.

Have you ever sat in church listening to a sermon and think, "I should know that story, but I don't." or "That's a great story, but how does that apply to me today?"  In Pathfinders, together, we will be covering stories of the Bible within the New and Old Testament. (Example: Jonah and the Whale, David & Goliath,  etc.) We will read scripture and dive deeper into well known stories from childhood and others that we never knew existed.  This is such a beautiful and safe way to grow your faith, understand scripture on a deeper level, learn to challenge what you and others believe and why, and share life with other adults on the same journey.

The class discussion is led by David Blanchard, a seminary graduate, who loves helping others understand scripture, gain confidence, and grow their relationship with Jesus.

Here is our upcoming schedule starting January 5:

January:  Abraham and Sarah:  The birth of a nation

February: St. Paul: From Damascus to the Council of Jerusalem

March:  Joshua in the Promised Land:  The beginnings of Israel

April: John and Charles Wesley: The origins of Methodism

May: The Babylonian Exile

No registration required and each story discussion is a 3-4 week series.  Come join us, we'd love to meet you!
