I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. – Ephesians 4:1

Grace and peace, friends.

It’s hard to believe that we’re in the middle of January already. As you read this, we are in the heart of our Making Room stewardship series – a time of teaching, prayer and reflection as we align our lives with God’s priorities. Over the past weeks, we’ve explored making room for the presence of God and making room for the vision of God, being reminded of the joy and responsibility we have as God’s people to keep Him at the center of all we do.

This Sunday is Commitment Sunday, and we turn our focus to making room for the calling of God. I truly believe that each of us is uniquely called to live out our faith by offering our prayers, presence, gifts, service and witness to further God’s kingdom. This Sunday, we’ll celebrate how God is moving among us and commit to the ways He is leading us into a new year of exciting ministry opportunities.

Friends, the Spirit is at work, stirring hearts and calling each of us to step forward with bold faith. I hope that you will join us this Sunday as we commit together, trusting in what the Spirit has in store for our church and the kingdom work ahead.

I can’t wait to see what the Spirit has in store for us all!
